Careers
Build an enterprise data and AI practice, from Addis Ababa, to a multinational standard.
We are assembling a founding team of engineers, data professionals and consultants who want to do work of multinational quality from Addis Ababa — and to be trusted with more of it every quarter.
What you would work on
Problems worth a career.
Data platforms that replace the spreadsheet layer
Lakehouses, warehouses and semantic models on Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks and Oracle — for utilities, banks, telecoms and public institutions that have never had one.
AI agents with real jobs
Document intake, classification, extraction and routing for back offices that still run on paper and email. Instrumented, reviewed, measured.
Integration that makes enterprise systems behave
APIs, events and managed batch between Oracle, Microsoft and SaaS systems, designed so data moves once and lands correctly.
How we work
What it is like here.
We are a new firm, which means the people who join now shape how it works. These are the parts we have already decided.
Small teams, senior people
You will work directly with clients and with founders. There is no bench and no layer of account managers between you and the problem.
Ship, then measure
Every engagement has a number attached. You will see whether your work moved it, and you will be asked to say so honestly.
The bar does not move
Code review, tests, documentation, security and delivery discipline set to what a CIO in London or Toronto would expect — wherever the client is.
Learn across the stack
Data engineering one quarter, agent design the next. We hire for depth in one area and curiosity about the others.
Roles we are building
We hire for the work, not the title.
These are the role families we are growing. If you fit one — or sit between two — send us a note with what you have built. We read every one.
You design and build incremental pipelines, lakehouse and warehouse layers, and the tests and monitoring that make them trustworthy. Strong SQL, Python and experience with at least one of Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks or Oracle data services.
Tell us what you have built.
A short email with two or three things you are proud of is worth more than a formal CV.
